How long does my trial last?
When signing up for Sutori, you are automatically on a thirty day trial to try out the product and see if it fits your needs.
What happens at the end of my trial?
If you don’t wish to continue with Sutori Pro, you will automatically be switched to our free plan. All your stories created in the first thirty days remain. The Sutori branding on embeds is displayed.
I’m a non-profit, do I get a discount?
Yes! We would love to help you out. All non-profits receive a 20% discount on all plans.

How long does my subscription last?
Your Sutori Pro subscription lasts one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. You may cancel at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at anytime by visiting your profile (no questions asked), but we can only issue a refund within the first 15 days from the date of purchase.
