What happens at the end of my trial?
You'll be automatically transferred to Essential, the free version of Sutori. All work created by you and your students (including videos, embeds, images, quizzes, etc.) remains accessible and shareable. You can upgrade at any time.
How long does my subscription last?
Your Sutori Unlimited subscription lasts one year (365 days) from the date of purchase and is automatically renewed unless you cancel.
If I upgrade, do my students upgrade also?
Yes, all students that are tied to you on Sutori will be automatically upgraded at no extra cost.
Can I have a custom quote?
How many teacher subscriptions would you like? Email us at sales@sutori.com.
How can I pay for this?
We accept card payments for all orders. Purchase orders and checks are for orders of 6 or more educator subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at anytime by visiting your profile (no questions asked), but we can only issue a refund within the first 15 days from the date of purchase.
Do you offer discounts?
We have an ambassador program, the Sutori Storytellers, which grants teachers discounts on the Unlimited plan. Find out more
