Exposition
Its Christmas and Greg gets nothing good for Christmas but his little brother Manny gets alot of stuff.He hopes get something from his uncle Charlie but he gets a laundry hoop,its like a basketball hoop for laundy. Greg acts likes hes happy but hes mad because he has to do his own laundry now.
Rising Action
Gregs dad thinks that Greg is inside too much so he thinks he should sign up for a sport.Greg doesnt want to but his dad does it anyway.
Climax
Greg find out that his dad wants to send him to boot camp but Greg doesnt want to go so he does everything he can. Gregs family goes to their neighbors kids half birthday,they always have a half birthday and they always have a event where they try to make the baby laugh,the neighbors record it just in case something good happens so they can send it to Americas family videos so they can get a prize. Gregs dad tries to get out of the situation so he tells Greg to do something.Greg sees his little brother, Manny ,digging through the present to find the one the family brought.He finds a blanket that he loves but Greg tells him to put it back. Manny throws the blanket in a tree so Greg has to go get it.While he was climbing to get it ,his pants fall down,he calls for help but that just calls attention so the neighbors record him with his pants down but even worse is that Greg is wearing his wonder woman underpants.
Falling Action
Gregs dad thinks Greg planned it out so he is happy that he did that for him.
Resolution
The day after Greg wakes up confused that it is 11 am ,his dad was supposed to take him to boot camp at 8,he walks out confused ,he sees his dad reading the newspaper and sipping coffee not dressed.Greg is happy that he doesnt have to go to boot camp
