October 7, 1922 - Utah State: First game in school history.

November 14, 1922 - Wyoming: First win, 7-0.

November 21, 1925 - Montana State: The 16-7 win gives BYU a 3-3 record. Its first season without a losing record.

November 5, 1927 - Western State: In C.J. Hart's final season, BYU wins 60-7 marking the first game the Cougars have scored 40 points or more.

October 18, 1929 - Utah State: FIrst win over in-state rival, 7-6.

November 23, 1929 - Wyoming: BYU claims its first winning season (5-3) in an emphatic way by beating the Cowboys 40-0.

November 20, 1937 - Montana: With the 19-0 win, BYU finishes the season 6-3. All six wins were shutouts.

September 19, 1952 - San Diego NAS: Win number 100, 14-7.

November 26, 1953 - Utah: First game played on national television.

November 27, 1965 - New Mexico: With the 42-8 win, BYU earns its first ever conference championship.

October 14, 1967 - Oregon State: BYU beat the Beavers 31-13. Oregon State finished the season ranked number seven in the AP Top 10.

October 26, 1974 - Arizona: BYU thumps the Wildcats, 37-13. Arizona was ranked number 16 at the time.

November 9, 1974 - Arizona State: BYU beats perennial power Arizona State, 21-18. It puts BYU in the drivers seat for the WAC Championship. The Sun Devlis were ranked number 16 at the time.

December 28, 1974 - Oklahoma State: First Bowl Game. BYU represents the WAC in the Fiesta Bowl.

September 25, 1976 - Arizona: With a 23-16 win, BYU gets win number 200 in program history.

December 2, 1978 - UNLV: The first-ever meeting with the Rebels was the first international game in BYU history. BYU won this game played in Japan, 28-24.

September 8, 1979 - Texas A&M: First non-conference win (18-17) over an opponent that was ranked (14) at the time of the game. A Top 10 game in BYU history.

November 24, 1979 - San Diego State: On national television, BYU completely dismantles the Aztecs, 63-17, to complete a perfect 11-0 regular season.
