Godaddy, you suck!

Everytime I email them regarding a certain issue, they reply to me with a template email that does not even answer my question or even that close to.

They are totally unprofessional and lack of common sense.

Try googling their customer service, and you will not even find a single positive statement

Unlike many companies, Go Daddy doesn't try to stop you from calling: just go to their home page, click on the red "Customer Support" at the top right, and they give you their phone number even before they give you their email address. They also show the estimated wait time (6 minutes as I write this).

I've been a customer of theirs for years, and the one time I phoned them everything was dealt with effectively and politely.
