reputation is bad, for a reason
I too got bitten by the curse that is Two Small Men with Moving Company.
This summer my items arrived in YVR over two weeks over what the promised window would be. Now, these things do unfortunately happen, but the experience has taught me that paying the extra price for a qulaiyt moving company on a long haul is worth it.
No need to rehash my experience. Just be prepared for some sloppy management and no peace of mind if you chose this company.

My sister booked them too...and they were a complete no show- on the day she had to be out because someone was moving in. After multiple phone calls she finally reached someone, who wasn't even apologetic- and said they might be able to move her the next day- but wouldn't offer any break on the price.
This company moved us from Toronto to Vancouver in July 2006. The day we started driving across the country, they assured me they would not be in BC FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS. Imagine our surprise when, 4 days later they called my cell phone to tell me it had arrived in Vancouver. We were still 2 days away, but they had to deliver on Monday. Luckily, my daughter was 2 hours away and took the delivery. None of the furniture was "bubble wraped" as promised...the load was 1020 lbs ABOVE the estimated value and had to be paid for BEFORE they started unloading. One arm chair went missing for 4 weeks and susequently damaged, three other pieces were also damaged, and they will not pay for the damage. Their agent, Mark Dehal, will have nothing to do with you at this stage. He says he is the owner of the company in his sales pitch, that I do not believe. You are advised to try different companies before signing up with them.
