Requested to have my furniture moved and delivered for a timeframe of 09/08/2008. They picked my furniture up on 09/01/2008 and have no clue where or when it will be delivered to my new residence. Called everyday for the past two weeks and noone calls me back. Customer Service is AWFUL and I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Here it is 09/24/08 and my furniture it not located and I have no clue when it will arrive. They stated to me last week when I got a hold of someone in dispatch that it was being picked up the next day. Contacted dispatch again yesterday and the furniture still has not been shipped. They do not display any confidence and are very unorganized. Customer Service is the poorest I have ever seen. Would not recommend their services.
