Bell Continues to Shock and Awe with their Arrogance and Stupidity
Both Bell and Rogers force you to extort them into giving you even somewhat reasonable rates - i.e. literally having a quote from the other carrier and threatening them with it - and at the same time are willing to lose potential customers over a few hundred dollars. Which is not a lot to them; lots to a small business owner in start-up mode.
We ultimately went with Rogers, who seem at least to be smart enough to know the cost of customer acquisition vs standing firm on a few hundred dollars in hidden costs, Bell's hallmark.
The learning is that you've got to negotiate, and when we did, we did better with Rogers.
