I have a good few hundred domains names, and have always shopped around.

 The company I have had the most problems with is Easyspace ltd.

 This particulat compalaints is about them not being able to renew a domain name via their control panel.

Their custoemr server is very low, and they cannot handle quiries.

 I have several outstanding tickets wiht them theykeep closing without answering.

They promise one thing on the phone and don't keep their promises.

but worst of all, its liek their call in service and their email services are two different departments.
