I must agree. The prices are cheap, delivery is fast and causes no extra costs. I like!

Some may find it ecologically unfriendly that they send all cd's separately packed. On the other hand that way they'll fit in every mail slot, which saves me the trip to the postal office.

I've always been big CD WOW fan but just recently they've been letting their standards drop - even allowing for suffering a big warehouse fire at their fulfillment centre in Hong Kong.

Continually slipping delivery dates and initial silence from their customer service people until woken up by some heavy threats about where I'd be taking my custom in future isn’t the sort of service I’ve encountered before .

I think they'd do well to follow Amazon and other CD retailer's lead and use engineered cardboard packaging rather than the difficult-to-recycle bubblewrap plastic they currently use.
