I have Vonage and my experience in setting up an account was quite straight forward. Luckily I did not have to return the router that they supplied and only had to make 2 phone calls to customer service to get everything turned on successfully.
Just like Bmac, I had no trouble setting things up. It was a matter of minutes from creating my account on the site, to making calls. And switching to Vonage will also save me $55 in fees from my old telecom provider... because I wanted to move. Now I can take the the Vonage device to the new address and reconfigure everything online. For the couple of days I will be without an Internet connection after the move, I will just setup my Vonage line to forward my calls to my mobile. Great!
