We believe that today's customers have more power than ever. Power to make informed choices. To connect with each other and share unbiased advice, opinions and stories.
We've created Sutori to channel that power. To capture the stories that bind us all together in our shared lives as customers. And to make it easy for companies to listen to and learn from those stories.
Sutori and Blast Radius
Sutori is founded and sponsored by a company called Blast Radius.
At Blast Radius, we help companies get closer to their customers by creating experiences (mostly delivered online) that meet the real needs of real people. We believe that customers now hold the reins of power. And we think most companies need to work on their listening skills. Because ultimately the meaning and value of their products and their brand is not determined by engineers, designers or marketers, but by customers—based on their own experiences.
Sutori was conceived and developed by a small team of Blast Radius employees who wanted to turn these ideas into something real. We told the powers that be what we wanted to do and, bless 'em, they told us to go ahead and do it.
So we did.
No Special Treatment
As long as users follow our community guidelines and stay true to the spirit and purpose of the site, anything goes on Sutori. In other words, no one gets special treatment here. Not Blast Radius clients. And not advertisers... since we haven’t got any.
All we ask is that you keep it real, honest and constructive.
