      <title>Bell Continues to Shock and Awe with their Arrogance and Stupidity</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Both Bell and Rogers force you to extort them into giving you even somewhat reasonable rates - i.e. literally having a quote from the other carrier and threatening them with it - and at the same time are willing to lose potential customers over a few hundred dollars.&amp;nbsp; Which is not a lot to them; lots to a small business owner in start-up mode.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We ultimately went with Rogers, who seem at least to be smart enough to know the cost of customer acquisition vs standing firm on a few hundred dollars in hidden costs, Bell&amp;#39;s hallmark.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The learning is that you&amp;#39;ve got to negotiate, and when we did, we did better with Rogers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
